a bit about meredith
Meredith Kecskemety has a vast portfolio of experience, touching many genres in the television space over her career. In the animation world, she wrote on THE MIDNIGHT GOSPEL (NETFLIX) and was staffed on seasons 2 and 3 of CRITICAL ROLE: THE LEGEND OF VOX MACHINA (AMAZON) as well as writing on other shows for DISNEY and CRUNCHYROLL.
Recently, she has made the leap into live action and is working in the writers' room on an unannounced dramedy for PEACOCK. Later this year, she will officially be able to add author to her resume as her book - THE ART OF THE LEGEND OF VOX MACHINA - will be published by Dark Horse this December (Christmas gift anyone??).
Prior to that, she worked as a script coordinator and executive assistant at Titmouse Animation where she saw many animated shows make their way through the development process. Her writing style is heavily influenced by this experience and it has given her a macabre, yet humorous presence in the writers room. Meredith is a strong mental health advocate who loves using her voice to find humor in depression and anxiety. At the very least, her therapist thinks she’s really funny.
